At-Tawbah 9:27
ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
Then afterwards Allah will turn in grace to whoever He wills. And Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
